All customers are adviced to contact your reseller who are best suited to take care of questions, knowledge and basic support of the equipment.
The products from Activio are of superior quality and designed to last in a public environment where they are exposed to harsh conditions and “wear and tear” above normal usage. To maximize the lifetime of your Activio products and particularly the heart rate transmitters (chest belt) we advice you to follow the maintenance instructions provided in the manual.

activio [dot] se. Include your phone number if we need to follow up with you. Try to explain your concern as detailed as possible, including when you first installed your Activio Fitness System. Please do not send any equipment to us before we agreed to that, otherwise it could cause you unecessary costs.
